HTTP Caching error with MyODBC 5.1.11+ and MySQL 5.5

Problem:

HTTP Cache does not appear to store or serve files.  WinGate Global log reports a caching error similar to:

Resolution:

This is a known problem when using the MyODBC connector 5.1.11 or higher with a version of MySQL prior to version 5.6.  The resolution is to either run an earlier version of the MyODBC driver or MySQL 5.6+
