The Certificates panel, located at Control Panel > Certificates in the WinGate Management console, allows you to create, edit, and delete X509 Certificates that can be used for securing certain WinGate network operations.
The Certificates panel provides basic information to identify particular certificates that have been generated in WinGate.
From the Tasks menu, you can open the properties for each certificate, which provides in depth information about its content and purpose. You can also alter the details of each certificate if required.
Be aware that if you change the details of a certificate, clients that have previously acknowledged the validity of that certificate will have to re-verify its validity after it has been edited.
