The Queue tab, located at Monitoring > Email in the WinGate Management console, shows a real time display of the current mail sitting in the email delivery queue waiting to be processed by the SMTP Delivery service.
The Queue tab consists of three panes:
This pane displays the status of all mail currently queued for delivery for each domain managed by WinGate.
Highlighting a particular mail job and clicking this button will cause the SMTP Delivery service to abort sending this mail.
Highlighting a particular mail job and clicking the this button will force the mail queued for the selected domain to be sent immediately.
This will attempt to resend all mail in each Domain queue regardless of its current status.
When a Domain mail list is clicked in the Current domain jobs pane, all individual mail messages queued for that domain will be listed.
This will delete the selected mail message.
This will bounce the selected mail message(s) sending them back to the original sender (if no sender is found or set, then this message will be trashed).
This pane allows administrators to view the contents of the selected mail.
Only mail queued to be sent by the SMTP Delivery service will be displayed on the Queue tab. Mail that is actually in the process of being sent will be displayed in the Activity Panel located at Monitoring > Activity in the WinGate Management console.
