When you have configured a domain rule on the Domains tab, you can define settings for any email list address for that domain. This is done by creating an email list address handler for each particular email list address you want to create. This includes the name of the list, its owner, members, and list rules (such as who can post and reply to the list).
Each email list address handler also allows you to set extra restrictions for mail to that email list address. This includes setting whether file attachments are allowed in emails sent to that list address by members, and setting the size limit for any emails destined for that list address.
The email address for the list.
The Name of the list.
The email address of the owner of the list. This provides an administrative address where list errors can be sent in the Errors to drop down menu below.
Set who is allowed to post messages to this list address. This can be the list members only, list owner only, or anyone.
This is the address where errors generated by the list. This can be back to the sender, back to the List owner, or to the WinGate postmaster address (as defined on the Delivery tab of the Mail Settings).
This allows you to select the destination where replies to this list should be sent:
All replies will be sent to all list members.
This setting means that a reply to a post that has been sent to a mail list, will be sent back to the person who made the original post.
All replies made to posts on this mailing list will be sent back to the List owner.
