Mail Settings
The Mail Settings configuration, allows you configure the general settings for how WinGate Mail will operate.
This includes options for how the SMTP server will receive email from sources outside of WinGate, for placement in the email delivery queue (Receiving and Trust Policy tabs).
The settings on the Delivery tab directly affect the operation of the SMTP Delivery service when delivering mail that has been placed in the email delivery queue. The Servers tab allows you to define remote SMTP server details that the SMTP Delivery service will use when it is delivering email via a remote email gateway.
To access the Mail Settings:
- Open the WinGate Management console.
- Navigate to Monitoring > Email.
- On the Tasks menu, select Mail Settings.
